Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$196,000 – $281,100

Includes the $74,000 franchise fee and $50,000 to $75,000 in additional operating funds for the first six months. The startup-budget FAQ explains assumptions shared by both estimates; the launch-advertising FAQ covers the included opening campaign.

Initial franchise fee

$74,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

First-territory fee, due at signing and nonrefundable. Includes a technology package and startup marketing kit. Military discount conditions appear below.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyWeekly: 7% of Gross Sales to $500,000; 6% on the next $500,000; 5% above $1 million.

Inside-territory quarterly minimums: $2,100 in full operating quarters 3-4, $3,600 in 5-8, then $5,400. Pay any shortfall against royalties for the prior three months. Transfers with a new agreement retain the prior agreement's minimum. Rate carryover rules appear below.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fee: 2% of Gross Sales, paid weekly; may rise to a cap of 4% of annual Gross Sales.

This is not an advertising-fund contribution. Payments become general operating funds; the franchisor need not spend a set amount on marketing or provide benefits proportional to your payments.

  • Local marketingMay be required: up to 2% of monthly Gross Sales for approved local marketing.

Separate from the Marketing Fee and launch advertising. Required spending is due by month-end. If a marketing cooperative is required, its contributions count toward local spending.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.

Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
