Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of Gross Revenue monthly, or the per-territory minimum if higher.

    No minimum in months 1-6. Per territory: $500/month in months 7-12; $1,000/month in year 2, rising $500 yearly to $4,000/month from year 8. Out-of-territory client revenue adds 5%. Gross Revenue includes uncollected billings and other business revenue, subject to exclusions.

  • Advertising contribution2% of Gross Revenue monthly to the Brand Fund.

    Separate from local marketing spending. Gross Revenue uses the same basis as royalty. Contribution requirements may change with at least 30 days' notice. The franchisor is not required to spend a specific amount advertising in your territory.

  • Local marketing$1,000 to $3,000 monthly minimum, depending on territory count and Gross Revenue.

    Monthly minimums below/above $100,000 in Gross Revenue: one territory, $1,000/$2,000; two, $1,500/$2,500; three or more, $2,000/$3,000. Each includes at least $500 paid to the franchisor for online/pay-per-click ads. Spending is subject to franchisor approval and direction, with monthly reporting.
