Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$522,650 – $807,400

USD. Includes the franchise fee and three months of operating funds, excluding owner pay. Assumes timely opening before rent starts; rent funds cover only costs not met by revenue. Real-estate purchase is excluded; more funds may be needed.

Initial franchise fee

$60,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD. Due at signing and nonrefundable when paid. Qualified honorably discharged U.S. military veterans and current reservists receive a $2,500 discount on their first franchise.

Selected fees

  • Royalty7% of gross revenue monthly, or the monthly minimum if greater

Royalty starts at opening. Monthly minimums: $0 for the first six months, $2,500 for months 7-12, then $5,000. The minimum schedule runs from the earlier of opening or the required opening deadline. Collection may change to weekly on notice. State-law alternatives are explained below.

  • Advertising contribution2% of gross revenue monthly to the Brand Development Fund

The franchisor controls the Fund; spending in your territory is not guaranteed. For percentage fees, gross revenue includes product and service sales, uncollected credit sales, provider management payments even if unpaid, and business-interruption proceeds. Remitted sales taxes and medical revenue the franchisor determines cannot legally bear a royalty are excluded.

  • Local marketingAt least $7,500 per Center per month for local marketing

Separate from the brand fund. Pay a designated supplier for digital marketing management and placement; the minimum may rise. Each opening estimate includes at least $45,000 for initial marketing and training, separate from monthly local spending. If assigned to a cooperative, contributions are capped at the local requirement, with local or fund credits at the franchisor's discretion.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
