Selected fees

  • Royalty7% of weekly Gross Sales; minimum $125/week per territory from month 13

    Starts at opening, payable Tuesdays. From month 13, pay the greater of the percentage or minimum. Approved, documented sales directly and exclusively tied to reconstruction qualify for 2%, applied by refund or credit. Only the reconstruction portion of mixed projects qualifies.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 1% of Gross Sales weekly, payable Tuesdays

    Separate from local advertising spending. The fund supports marketing and related costs, including the brand website. The franchisor need not spend any particular amount in your territory.

  • Local marketingAt least 4% of monthly Gross Sales spent on local advertising and marketing

    Submit proposed materials for approval at least 14 days before use. No response within seven days counts as rejection. The franchisor may also require participation in an advertising cooperative, with a separate contribution.
