Selected fees

  • Royalty2026 annual Gross Sales tiers: 6% to $1,272,818; 4% to $2,545,637; 1.5% above; paid monthly

Each rate applies only to sales within its tier. Thresholds may rise annually with inflation. Advantage pays $1,000 monthly through the signing calendar year, then 1% of Gross Sales in calendar year two and 2% in year three, then standard tiers. Uncured defaults can trigger 6% on all Gross Sales.

  • Advertising contribution1% of Gross Sales, paid monthly; $12,250 annual cap per Center for 2026

The fund rate may rise to 3% of Gross Sales. The annual cap is subject to inflation adjustments and may be modified or removed. Fund spending need not benefit your Center in proportion to its contributions. These and the royalty are selected major costs, not a complete operating budget.

  • Local marketingIf a cooperative forms: up to 1% of Gross Sales monthly, unless members approve more

This regional cooperative contribution is separate from the brand fund. It applies only if a cooperative is formed in your region. Other promotional spending is encouraged, rather than stated as a fixed ongoing local-spending requirement.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
