Standard fee in USD, due at signing and nonrefundable. Includes initial training, onboarding and first conference registration for your first new center. Travel and living expenses are separate. Discounts and conditional payment plans may apply.

  • Royalty7% to 3% of Gross Sales, paid monthly; annual minimums apply.

    Standard Protected Area minimums: Years 1-4: $20,250, $29,000, $39,750, $50,500; 5-10: $61,250; none before Year 1. Usually calendar years. Shortfalls due 30 days after year-end. Minimums and thresholds adjust for inflation. Eligible acquisitions/conversions may get lower rates and delayed minimums.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 2.5% of Gross Sales, paid monthly; annual minimums and caps apply.

    Annual minimums: Year 1 $7,250; Year 2 $10,500; Year 3 $14,000; Year 4 $18,000; Years 5-10 $22,000. Shortfalls are due within 30 days after year-end. Caps are $28,069 for the first center and $13,948 per additional center. Caps may increase up to 10% annually plus inflation adjustments; dollar minimums may adjust for inflation. Conditional reductions or waivers may apply.

  • Local marketingAt least $850 per month for local digital advertising, starting six months after opening.

    Use a designated or approved vendor for advertising in your Protected Area. Spending may increase on 30 days' written notice, up to the greater of $850/month or 1.5% of Gross Sales. You must pay spending shortfalls to the franchisor. Required regional cooperative contributions, up to 1% of Gross Sales where established, count toward local spending.
