USD. Includes the $65,000 fee, three months of triple-net rent, and three months of operating funds. Assumes a leased, approximately 25,000-square-foot Park operated by the Principal Owner. Excludes owner pay and related payroll costs, Approved Manager wages, and financing costs.

USD. First Park developed by you or an affiliate. Paid in full at signing and nonrefundable. The fee is $55,000 for a second Park and $45,000 for a third or later Park.

Selected fees

  • Royalty6% of Gross Sales per Park, paid monthly

    Gross Sales includes Park revenue and business-interruption insurance proceeds, without deductions for bad debts. Sales taxes collected and paid to government are excluded. The 6% rate is locked for Parks developed under an Area Development Agreement.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: 2% of Gross Sales per Park, paid monthly, subject to change

    ATP may change Brand Fund or local spending requirements with 60 days' notice. Their combined cap is 5% of Gross Sales. Local Advertising Expenditure is not currently required. Approved local marketing is required. Grand-opening spending is separate and outside the cap.

A manager needs ATP approval before starting work and must complete Management Training.
