Selected fees

  • Royalty6% of non-skilled Gross Sales monthly, or the applicable minimum, whichever is greater.

    Monthly minimums: none in months 0-3; $500 in 4-15; $900 in 16-27; $1,500 in 28-39; $2,100 in 40-51; $2,700 in 52-63; $3,300 in 64-120 and renewals. Payments start after corporate training. For royalties and the national fund, Gross Sales includes service amounts whether or not collected.

  • Advertising contributionFirst franchise: greater of $300/month or 2% of prior-month non-skilled Gross Sales

    Excludes skilled nursing sales and is separate from local spending. Payments begin the month after corporate training, or in the month a transfer is completed. Additional franchise agreements also require fund contributions.

  • Local marketingAt least $800 per month on approved local advertising, total across franchises owned

    An approved grand-opening campaign requires at least $1,500 during the first three months and counts toward local advertising. Submit proof of spending on request. A future advertising cooperative may receive part of your required local spending.
