Amada may raise the fund rates to 2% generally and 1% for Skilled Care on 30 days' notice. Contributions are separate from local spending. Fund spending is not guaranteed in your territory.

  • Local marketingGreater of 1% of monthly Gross Billings or $1,000 per month.

Use approved advertising and report spending monthly. Amada may increase the requirement once per calendar year. Grand-opening spending of at least $2,500 covers the 30 days before and first 30 days after opening and counts toward neither local spending nor fund contributions. Required cooperative contributions, if imposed, are additional.
