USD fee for one Studio, due in full by wire at signing and nonrefundable. Military and minority-owner discounts require qualifying status and at least 51% ownership. Discounts cannot be combined and may be denied or changed.
Selected fees
Gross Receipts includes memberships, products, services, gift cards under brand rules and business-interruption insurance payments. Excludes sales, use or privilege taxes paid to authorities, client refunds except chargebacks, and employee tips. Collection may change to weekly or monthly on notice.
The contribution may rise to 4% of Gross Receipts with 30 days' written notice. It is separate from local marketing. The fund need not spend a proportionate amount in your Studio's area.
The fee funds designated digital ads; additional spending uses approved local programs. Both amounts may rise with 30 days' written notice. Required cooperative contributions count toward local spending and may exceed it; brand-fund payments do not count. Participate in at least one approved local promotional event monthly for at least six months after opening.
