    Adjusted annually for inflation; may become up to 8% of gross revenue, including ancillary sales, on 30 days' notice. Starts after opening or after 12 months unopened. Waived until opening while actively seeking a site with the real estate team or after signing a lease with its assistance.

  • Advertising contributionA monthly national advertising fund contribution is required.

    After the opening campaign: Tier 3 $600, Tier 2 $800, Tier 1 $1,000 monthly, separate from national fees. Approved media spending qualifies; signs, wages and discounts do not. Shortfalls may be collected. Opening minimums are $11,000/$16,000/$23,000 by tier, from 60 days before to 60 days after opening. If a cooperative is established, required contributions may reach 2% of monthly gross revenue.
