    Gross Commissions means all AR Business revenue and receipts, including compensation under the agreement. This conditional fund contribution is separate from local advertising spending.

  • Local marketingMinimum $500 per month from the seventh month after signing.

    Spend on recruiting franchisees; initial marketing is separately required at the agreement's specified level. Shortfalls may be collected for advertising. Materials need prior written approval. Fixed-dollar amounts may rise with CPI increases over 5%, with 60 days' notice and at most one CPI adjustment per calendar year. Pilot Business marketing is separate.
