Initial franchise fee

$33,750 – $42,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fees: $42,500 standard; $38,250 qualifying military/veteran; $37,500 eligible existing franchisee; $33,750 eligible existing military/veteran franchisee. Paid in a lump sum at signing and nonrefundable. The investment estimate uses the standard fee.

Selected fees

  • Royalty6% of Studio Gross Revenue, paid monthly

Includes presale revenue. The first payment is due the month after opening, covering revenue from the first recognized sale through the previous month. Gross Revenue excludes customer sales taxes remitted to authorities and actual customer refunds.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fund: initially expected at 2% of Studio Gross Revenue, paid monthly

The franchisor sets the contribution, subject to the combined marketing spending cap. The first payment follows opening and includes presale revenue. Contributions do not guarantee advertising in your area or a proportional benefit to your Studio.

  • Local marketingLocal spend plus Fund contributions: annually at least 5% of prior-calendar-year Gross Revenue

Use approved local advertising. A quarterly cap limits required combined spending. Unspent or unproven required spending must be paid to the Fund. Grand-opening spending, discounts, signs, salaries and administrative costs do not count. A future advertising cooperative would require participation, within the spending cap.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
