The $50,000 USD first-studio fee is due by wire transfer at signing and is nonrefundable. Eligible additional studios have a discounted $41,250 fee and require separate franchise agreements.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyAfter opening: greater of 6% of Gross Revenues or $850 USD per month.

    Royalty and marketing Gross Revenues include studio sales and assumed gross revenue for lost-profit insurance claims when paid, less collected sales/service taxes and policy-compliant refunds or credits. Before opening: 6% royalty, no minimum. Due monthly on the 10th; payment timing may change.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing fund: 2% of Gross Revenues per month.

  • Local marketingAt least $5,000 USD per month after opening, for up to three months.

    Spending ends after three months or when the membership target is reached, whichever comes first. Pay vendors directly and provide receipts. This is separate from initial marketing and grand-opening spending and the 2% marketing fund contribution.
