  • Advertising contribution2% of monthly Gross Revenue for the brand fund; may increase to 3%

Paid monthly for the prior month. The rate may rise with 60 days' written notice. Local spending is separate. If an advertising cooperative is established in your area, participation is required, with contributions capped at 2% of monthly Gross Revenue.

Opening-campaign spending, in-store materials, signage and employee campaign-management costs do not count. Shortfalls must be paid to the franchisor for local advertising or the brand fund.
