Selected fees
Payments begin when the franchise opens. The weekly minimum applies regardless of revenue. Gross Revenue includes studio-license receipts, reservation fees and other business receipts, with specified exclusions such as sales taxes collected and paid to the government.
The stated rate can change with 30 days' written notice. Required multi-area marketing programs may add costs, but those costs and Brand Fund contributions combined cannot exceed 2% of Gross Revenue in any month. Local marketing is separate.
The franchisor may reduce or waive the local spending requirement at 75% suite occupancy. It may require a marketing cooperative, with contributions capped at 2% of monthly Gross Revenue. Those contributions count toward local spending but may exceed that requirement.
