    Payment is due by the 10th; more frequent payments, including weekly, may be required. Gross Revenue includes food, merchandise, services and other park-related income, including off-site parties and rentals. Credit sales count even before collection.

  • Advertising contributionA separate national marketing fund contribution is required.

    The national contribution is separate from local advertising spending and is payable with the royalty.

  • Local marketingGreater of 2% of monthly Gross Revenue or $5,000 USD per month, starting 61 days after opening

    Spend on local advertising in your territory and report expenditures monthly. If a cooperative is formed for your area, membership and contributions are required. Contributions count toward local spending up to 2% of monthly Gross Revenue. Advertising outside your territory requires approval.
