The standard USD fee is due at signing and nonrefundable. Eligible veterans and first responders may qualify for a 15% discount. BIO-ONE also offers a $10,000 multi-unit discount when buying more than one franchise at the same time.
Selected fees
Initial-term monthly minimums: $750, rising to $1,500 in month 13 and $2,250 in month 25. Billing starts within 90 days of signing or the month after first sales, whichever comes first. Gross Sales includes unpaid sales; deduct collected sales taxes, not discounts, refunds or credits.
The national rate may increase to 3% with at least 60 days' written notice. Payment is due with the royalty and follows its billing start. Required local spending is separate. National funds need not be spent in your territory.
Pay local suppliers for approved advertising, including search-engine marketing. Search areas have required household-based spending allocations, and call tracking is required. All or part of local spending may be directed to a regional cooperative with 30 days' written notice.
