Standard new-center fee in USD, nonrefundable at signing. Existing Center owners pay $39,500 for another Center; owners in good standing of listed affiliated brands also pay $39,500. Eligible US military veterans or spouses receive 20% off their first Center.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly: greater of $500 or 6% of Gross Revenues.

    Due by the fifth of the next month. The $500 monthly minimum may increase by up to 10%, no more than once every three years; increases must apply to all Centers.

  • Advertising contributionA Marketing Fund contribution is required.

    Separate from local marketing spending. The fund supports brand marketing, but spending in your area is not guaranteed.

  • Local marketing$1,500 per month after opening.

    Use promotional materials purchased from the franchisor or approved by it. Submit your own materials at least 14 days before use; no response means rejection. If a cooperative is required, its members set a separate contribution of 1% to 5% of Gross Revenues.

The Center must always have on-site supervision by you or a trained store manager; a hired manager need not own equity.
