Owner involvement
Personally supervise at least 35 hours weekly as a dedicated Field Manager or Marketer; you cannot fill both roles.
Main responsibilities
You set prices for sale items; Blue Moon may provide pricing guidance on request.
Manager requirements
A hired Field Manager needs neither equity nor franchise training; hiring one does not replace owner supervision.
