Selected fees
Calendar-year minimums: $500/month in the first, $1,000 in the second, $2,000 thereafter. Gross Sales includes insurer payments and full invoices despite discounts, refunds, credits, or noncollection. Collected sales taxes may be deducted. Payment is due by the 16th, or the next business day.
Due with royalty, separately from local spending. With at least 60 days' written notice, BOR may increase it during the initial term to no more than 3% of Gross Sales or $1,500 monthly. Contributions may be allocated to a regional cooperative with 30 days' notice.
Spend within your territory on approved advertising; internet advertising may be required. With at least 60 days' written notice, BOR may increase spending during the initial term to no more than 6% of Gross Sales or $2,000 monthly. Spending may be allocated to a regional cooperative with 30 days' notice. Submit ads at least 15 days before use; silence means disapproval.
