Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$101,464 – $217,486

USD estimate includes the franchise fee and $53,829 to $83,956 in operating funds through three months after opening. Assumes an approved leased office, with three months’ rent and a last-month rent deposit. Operating funds exclude owner salaries, royalties and loan payments.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly Net Billings: 5.25% non-National Accounts; 6.25% National Accounts, subject to a minimum

Net Billings includes billed revenue even if unpaid and business-interruption proceeds, excluding separately stated taxes and at-cost, no-markup items. Royalties are billed weekly. Missing a monthly performance standard triggers a top-up to the royalty owed as if that standard had been met.

  • Advertising contributionGeneral Marketing Fund: greater of $500/month or 2.5% of the prior month’s Net Billings

Payments begin when the agency opens, or on the effective transfer date for a resale. This contribution is separate from local advertising spending. The fund need not spend money in your territory.

  • Local marketingGreater of $1,000/month or tiered percentages of monthly Net Billings

From opening, spend the greater of $1,000/month or 1.5% of monthly Net Billings up to $200,000 in a four-week month or $250,000 in a five-week month, plus 0.5% above that threshold. Use approved materials or obtain approval for other materials. Paid search advertising requires the designated vendor. This spending is separate from the General Marketing Fund contribution.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
