Investment and fees
Upfront investment
$943,606 – $1,199,536
USD estimate includes the standard $50,000 fee and $80,000 for three months of operations. Assumes a third-party leased, existing building near 6,000 sq. ft., with possible 15% size variation. Improvement costs are net of landlord contributions. Both offers share the budget conditions below.
$25,000 – $50,000
Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.
USD fee: $50,000 standard; $25,000 for qualifying veterans or first responders. Due at signing and nonrefundable. The opening estimate uses the standard fee. Existing franchisees granted an additional Camp pay $35,000 for that Camp.
Selected fees
Paid on the 10th and 25th. Losing good standing immediately triggers 7% or the minimum. Monthly minimums: $1,500 in months 7-12, $1,750 in 13-18, $2,000 in 19-24 and $2,500 from month 25. No minimum applies in the first 12 months while in good standing. Deadline extensions can trigger $2,500/month.
The brand fund contribution is paid on the 10th and 25th, separately from local spending. Net Revenue generally includes receipts from products and services after returns and discounts, but excludes separately collected sales taxes, charitable contributions and tips.
Local spending starts after the grand opening, or in the opening month without an event. Digital media uses approved vendors and includes management fees. The $300 monthly platform fee is required before opening and counts toward local spending after opening. Amounts and allocations may increase on notice; spending may be directed to a co-op. Launch advertising is separate.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
