Selected fees

  • Royalty10% to 12% of Gross Sales monthly, subject to minimums

    10% through month 24, then 12%. Pay the greater of that rate or these monthly USD minimums: months 3-12, $300; 13-24, $600; 25-36, $900; 37-48, $1,200; 49 onward, $1,500; interim periods, $3,000. Collected two months in arrears.

  • Advertising contribution1% of Gross Sales monthly; $300 minimum from month 3

    USD minimum. Collected two months in arrears. CarePatrol may increase the national fee to the greater of 2% of Gross Sales or $600 per month. This contribution is separate from local spending and does not guarantee advertising in your territory.

  • Local marketingGreater of 2% of monthly Gross Sales or $1,000 per month

    USD minimum, paid to third-party vendors. Dedicate at least eight hours a week to local marketing, including advertising and community networking. Marketing materials need prior approval. No local or regional advertising cooperative is required.
