Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$99,997 – $153,994

Includes the $49,000 fee, leasing a 650 to 800 sq. ft. office, and three months of estimated operating funds. Buying property or building an office adds unestimated costs. The funds allowance excludes owner salary; more capital may be needed.

Initial franchise fee

$49,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

Standard fee due at signing and nonrefundable when paid. Conditional discounts apply to eligible conversions, existing franchisees, additional territories, veterans, and women- or minority-owned buyers.

Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of Gross Billings or the minimum royalty, whichever is greater, per two-week period

Minimum: $150 per period for the first six months, then 5% of the applicable Gross Billings Target. Gross Billings include client charges whether collected or not, less taxes collected for taxing authorities and authorized discounts, plus business interruption insurance proceeds.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fee: 2% of Gross Billings per two-week billing period

This is not an advertising-fund contribution. The franchisor decides how to use the fee and does not promise a set amount of spending in your local market. It is paid on the same schedule as royalty.

  • Local marketing$5,000 minimum approved local spending in the first six months; ongoing online advertising also required

Approved online spending counts toward the $5,000 minimum; grand-opening costs do not. Later spending requirements depend on whether you employ a full-time Homecare Consultant. With one, no minimum dollar amount applies, but promotion is required. Required online listings and advertising cost an estimated $400 to $1,000 per month, paid to third parties.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
