Investment and fees
Upfront investment
$117,645 – $240,995
US dollar estimate includes the franchise fee, required Initial Package and three months of additional funds. Assumes leased premises when commercial space is used. Excludes owner salary or draw and operating losses after three months. Both territory estimates share the budget assumptions below.
Selected fees
Starts the month after Initial Training. Pay the greater of the tiered royalty or monthly minimum. Sales count when invoiced, even if unpaid; lead commissions cannot be deducted. Noncompliance can prevent rate reductions or reset the rate to 7% for the rest of the calendar year.
The monthly minimum is $150 per Standard Territory or $75 per Small Territory. This Brand Marketing Fund contribution is separate from local advertising spending. The fund does not guarantee advertising spending in your territory.
Use approved materials or obtain written approval before use. Membership in a local business organization is required. Chem-Dry may require participation in local marketing programs or future advertising cooperatives at your expense; shared directory listings may also require a contribution.
