$50,000 – $150,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of Gross Sales, paid weekly

Gross Sales includes operating revenue and business-interruption insurance proceeds. Gift cards and group deals follow the franchisor's calculation rules. Sales, use and service taxes collected and paid to taxing authorities are excluded.

  • Advertising contribution2% of preceding month's Gross Sales, paid weekly; may increase to 3%

The national Marketing Fund is separate from local advertising spending. The franchisor may raise the rate to 3% on five business days' notice and change payment timing on five days' notice.

  • Local marketing4% to 10% of monthly Gross Sales, with the rate based on prior-year sales

Each January, the rate is 10% if prior-year sales were $300,000 or less, falling one percentage point per $50,000 above that, to a 4% minimum. The franchisor may collect some or all spending for advertising. Required cooperative contributions count; indirect campaign-management costs and in-store advertising do not. Spending must meet brand approval rules.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
