Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$161,940 – $216,980

USD estimate includes the standard fee, 20 Bins and freight, and three months of opening and operating funds, including pay and benefits for at least one employee. Excludes owner draws, extra Bins and their freight. More cash may be needed.

Initial franchise fee

$49,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD. Standard fee for one franchise, due in full at signing and nonrefundable. The published investment estimate includes this fee; discounted fees do not establish separate investment ranges.

Selected fees

  • Royalty$120 per week for the initial 20 Bins

For the initial 20 Bins, payment starts the week after shipment receipt or 120 days after signing, whichever comes first, even if Bins are unplaced. Additional Bins raise the royalty and have separate payment-start deadlines. Placement-service scheduling does not delay fees.

  • Advertising contributionIf established: up to $1.50 per purchased and received Bin per week

At the April 2025 disclosure's issuance, the national fund had not been established and no fee was collected. If established, its fee applies to purchased and received Bins, even if unplaced. It is separate from local spending and any cooperative contribution.

  • Local marketingIf imposed: up to $6 per Bin per month, based on Bins purchased and received at month start

Local spending was not required at April 2025 issuance. On written notice, it may be imposed starting 30 days after initial-shipment receipt. Use specified or approved activities. A cooperative may also be required: up to $1.50 per purchased and received Bin weekly by majority vote, even if unplaced. Its contributions count toward local spending and are separate from the national fund.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
