    Standard and Reduced offerings: pay the greater of 1% of Gross Sales or the biweekly minimum: none through month 6; $50 in months 7-12, $100 in 13-24, $150 in 25-36, $200 in 37-48, $250 in 49-60 and $300 from month 61. The franchisor may raise the rate to 2% with 60 days' written notice. Conversion terms are set separately.

  • Local marketingAt least 2% of Gross Sales per month.

    Separate from national advertising contributions. Local advertising materials need brand approval. ComForCare recommends spending the greater of 2% of Gross Sales or $1,250 monthly, excluding caregiver recruiting, and recommends at least $750 monthly for recruiting.
