Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly: greater of $300 or 5% of Gross Revenue for the first 24 months

    Startup payments generally begin in month five; certain existing clients trigger earlier fees. From month 25, 5% can apply to the greater of actual or required revenue, assessed from month 27. Default follows no business plan within 14 days of notice or unmet standards over the next three months.

  • Advertising contributionA monthly National Brand Fund contribution is required.

    Begins in the month the first royalty fee is due. This contribution is separate from required local marketing spending.

  • Local marketingMonthly: greater of $1,000 or 2% of Gross Revenue

    Use approved activities, which can include caregiver recruitment and local digital marketing. The dollar minimum may change annually with the Consumer Price Index. Mandatory cooperatives are suspended under the National Brand Fund addendum; if reinstated, cooperative payments count toward local spending.
