  • Royalty7.5% of gross sales; monthly minimums: $375 first full year, $500 second, $625 thereafter.

    Gross sales include all business revenue except taxes. No royalty is due for the first full month; no minimum applies for the first three full months. Payments are due by the 15th of each month.

  • Advertising contributionMarketing Fund: 1% of gross sales; monthly minimums: $50 year 1, $75 year 2, $100 thereafter.

    Gross sales exclude taxes. Contributions are due by the 15th monthly. If at least 50% of other existing owners elect a rate increase, all owners must participate, capped at 2% of gross sales. Required business-listing spending is separate.

  • Local marketing$600 per year for the required business listing.

    Continuous listing with the approved internet provider is required, separate from the Marketing Fund. Obtain the listing within 45 days of opening. The annual fee may increase by up to 20% annually.
