Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly System Fees: 7.5% of each provider's prior-month Collected Revenue, subject to caps and state rates

Caps are $1,000 per Qualified Clinician and $3,000 per Qualified Prescriber monthly. The rate is 3.95% in Georgia, Kentucky, Louisiana, Maine, Ohio, South Carolina, and Texas. Collected Revenue includes client payments and insurance reimbursements, excluding collected sales or occupation taxes.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Fund: $150/month for each prior-month Qualified Clinician and Qualified Prescriber

The stated fee can rise by 10% annually with 30 days' notice, compounded and cumulative. Unused increases can carry forward, allowing a later increase above 10%. Part-time and partial-month providers count, including contractors. The fund does not guarantee spending that benefits your clinic.

  • Local marketingAfter opening: at least $50/month for each prior-month Qualified Clinician and Qualified Prescriber

Use approved activities. Staff campaign costs, keyword or pay-per-click media, and in-clinic advertising do not count. Shortfalls may be collected for the Brand Fund. With 60 days' notice, Ellie may shift equal amounts between local spending and the fund fee. A cooperative may be required, with contributions credited toward local spending.
