$45,000 – $50,000
Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.
USD, due at signing. Standard: $50,000; eligible veterans and first responders may pay $45,000 for their first Center with at least 51% ownership. Nonrefundable except up to a 50% refund, less costs, if training fails, the franchisor elects termination, and you sign its release.
Selected fees
Payable by the 15th of each month for the prior month's Gross Sales.
Due by the 15th for the prior month, separate from local spending. A cooperative, if established, can require monthly contributions up to 2% of Gross Sales, or terms set by at least half of Centers. Marketing allocations may change with 90 days' notice. Brand Fund spending need not benefit your Center proportionately.
For royalty and marketing, Gross Sales excludes remitted sales, use and service taxes, employee tips, and documented good-faith refunds, credits, allowances and chargebacks. Local spending is separate from Brand Fund and opening marketing. Follow brand guidelines; new materials need written approval. Funds may be collected for required suppliers. Required promotions are at your expense.
These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
