In US dollars, for a home or rented office. Includes franchise-fee alternatives, three months of insurance and startup funds, but no owner draw or salary. The AR Addendum waives franchise, technology, and conference fees while the Area Representative Agreement remains in effect.

Standard fee: US $45,000 plus applicable taxes, due at signing. Eligible veterans may pay $40,500 for their first new unit. The AR Addendum waives the fee. Generally nonrefundable; failure to complete training can trigger termination and a refund less $10,000.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyWithout Associates: $500/month in months 1-4, $1,000 in 5-8, $1,500 in 9-12, then $1,950; plus applicable taxes.

    Each Associate adds $400/month in months 1-4, $800 in months 5-8, and $1,200 in months 9-12. From month 13: $3,150 with one or $4,350 with two. Starts at training or 4 weeks after FocalPoint signs, whichever is earlier. AR Addendum waives royalty while the Area Representative Agreement lasts.

  • Advertising contribution$150/month plus $150/month per Associate; each amount is also its cap

    Required Advertising and Development Fund contribution, due monthly on the 15th. Waived under the AR Addendum while the Area Representative Agreement remains in effect. Fund spending need not benefit your business directly or match your area's contributions.
