Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly: greater of 6% of Gross Revenues or the per-location minimum

6% applies from opening. Minimums are $1,000/month per location after year one and $2,000 after year two, subject to CPI adjustment. Transfers and prior same-location operations use the original opening date; renewals use the then-current successor minimum.

  • Advertising contributionMonthly: 0.5% of Gross Revenues; may rise to 1% on 30 days' written notice

  • Local marketingAt least 1% of monthly Gross Revenues starting 30 days after opening

Startup advertising requires at least $15,000 from about 30 days before through 60 days after opening, included in the estimate. Monthly shortfalls are paid to the franchisor for the Brand Building Fund. A future required co-op may charge up to 1.25% of Gross Revenues and reduce local spending requirements. The brand-fund contribution is separate.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
