Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$134,578 – $354,509

USD estimate includes the franchise fee, equipment, opening marketing, and up to six months of operating funds. Rent has no dollar estimate; equipment is priced plus tax. Operating funds exclude personal living costs and debt service. Allow for financing costs and possible additional capital.

Initial franchise fee

$49,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

The standard fee is $49,500 USD and nonrefundable. Before signing, you pay a $9,500 deposit, refundable if you do not buy. It counts toward the fee, leaving $40,000 due at signing.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyMonthly: tiered 6%, 4%, and 2% of gross revenue, with a $500 minimum.

The tiers are 6% on gross revenue up to $600,000, plus 4% from $600,000.01 to $1,000,000 and 2% above $1,000,000, subject to the $500 USD monthly minimum. Gross revenue excludes sales tax. Tier thresholds adjust for inflation each January 1.

  • Advertising contributionMonthly advertising Fund fee: greater of 1% of gross revenue or $650 USD.

The Fund pays for national advertising, branding, internet advertising, and web hosting and development. Its fee may increase under Fund bylaws. This contribution is separate from your required local spending.

  • Local marketingAt least 5% of gross revenue annually; a separate digital-spending condition applies.

At least half of the applicable amount, based on 5% of gross revenue or $700 USD per month, whichever is greater, must be digital. The $700 monthly total-spending benchmark is recommended, not a required minimum. Fund spending does not count toward your local obligation. Use approved marketing materials.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
