Ask about investment and fees

Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$132,900 – $200,600

USD estimate for one baseline territory, including the franchise fee and three months of operating funds. Low costs assume home office/storage space and an owned suitable vehicle. Additional territories cost extra; working-fund needs vary and actual costs may be higher.

Initial franchise fee

$49,500

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

USD fee for one territory with a 200,000-person baseline, due in full at signing and nonrefundable. Additional territories have separate fees. Approved population above the applicable baseline adds $0.25 per person.

Selected fees

  • Royalty5% of Gross Revenues, due three days after receipt

Gross Revenues include all business sales, excluding sales, use, and gross receipt taxes.

  • Advertising contributionBranding Fee: 1% of monthly Gross Revenues

Payments are due three days after revenues are received. Before the Branding Fund is established, fees are held and reimbursed after satisfactory written proof of matching approved local advertising expenditures. After establishment, fees go to the fund. This is separate from required local spending.

  • Local marketingMonthly spending: at least 5% of prior-month Gross Revenues

Use approved local advertising. The listed $1,000 monthly digital marketing fee per contiguous territory area counts toward this spending, rather than adding to it. Separate noncontiguous areas incur separate digital fees. Advertising shortfalls must be deposited with the franchisor.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
