Selected fees

  • Royalty7% of Gross Sales, minimum $300 per two weeks; $400 above 31,000 qualified households.

    Gross Sales covers sales and related income, excluding remitted customer taxes and refunds. Payments begin after the business website is established and sales start. For one territory, the minimum is waived for 90 days beginning the Monday after training completion.

  • Advertising contribution2% of Gross Sales or $40 per two-week period, whichever is greater.

    For one territory, the fee is waived for 90 days beginning the Monday after training completion. The rate may increase to no more than 2.5% with 30 days' prior written notice.

  • Local marketingFrom the 6-month anniversary through year 1: $3,000/month; thereafter: max($1,750, 4% monthly Gross Sales).

    After year one, spend whichever is greater: $1,750 per month or 4% of monthly Gross Sales. At least $1,250 of local funds must go to digital advertising. Reimbursed expenses and suppliers' direct expenses do not count. Brand Development contributions and required marketing services are separate.
