USD, Option 1 for a new franchisee buying one Territory: $49,500, nonrefundable and due at signing. Option 2 has a different fee structure and higher royalties until the Territory generates $1.5 million in Gross Revenues.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyOption 1: 6% of monthly Gross Revenues; Option 2: initially 10%. Monthly minimums apply.

    Option 2 drops to 6% after $1.5 million in Territory Gross Revenues; pay the greater of the rate or the applicable monthly minimum. Gross Revenues include sales regardless of collection, less specified taxes, refunds, and authorized discounts.

  • Advertising contributionBrand Development Fund: 1% of monthly Gross Revenues; minimums apply from month 7.

    Measured from the agreement's effective date: months 0 to 6 have no minimum. Thereafter, pay the greater of 1% or $250/month in months 7 to 12, $500/month in months 13 to 18, and $1,000/month from month 19. Payments begin in the first full month after the agreement takes effect.

  • Local marketingAfter opening: greater of 2% of Gross Revenues or $1,000 per month.

    Compliance uses average monthly spending over a rolling six-month period. Pre-approved advertising and business development spending may include sales and marketing personnel. This is separate from the Brand Development Fund. A grand opening event is required, with no specified minimum spend.
