The USD fee is due at signing and nonrefundable. Qualified US veterans receive 10% off. Existing franchisees receive 15% off the then-current individual-Center fee for a second or additional Center. Only one eligible discount applies.

    Gross sales includes Center product and service sales, less certain taxes and customer discounts.

  • Advertising contributionNational Fund: 2% of weekly gross sales, payable weekly; may increase to 4%

  • Local marketing$4,000/month minimum; $48,000-$72,000 required in the first six months, depending on location

    Separate from the National Fund. Spend weekly and provide proof; materials need brand approval. Recommended: $8,000-$12,000/month for six months, then $6,000-$8,000/month. A local cooperative may require participation and contributions of at least 3% of gross sales, with timing set by the group. Contributions count toward local spending; none are assessed in the source.
