The franchise fee and separate $6,500 site development fee are due at signing, fully earned upon payment, and nonrefundable. Both are included in the opening estimate.

Shortfalls may be collected for marketing on your behalf or retained as extra Brand Development Fund contributions. The first opening or open house event requires at least $1,500, credited toward local spending. Hold it at 65% occupancy or within eight months open, whichever comes first.
