Ask about investment and fees

Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$86,900 – $169,290

USD estimate for one franchise, starting from home or an office. The high office allowance covers three months of executive-office rent. Includes the franchise fee, 12 months of MSP fees and a 12-month operating allowance. See the startup-budget FAQ for that allowance's exclusions.

Initial franchise fee

$50,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

The USD fee is due at signing unless state-required deferral applies; fully earned when paid and nonrefundable. Honorably discharged US veterans with majority ownership receive 15% off if requested in writing with document-preparation information. Requests after signing are denied.

Selected fees

  • Royalty30% of Gross Margin, billed weekly

Gross Margin is customer billings and other sales less direct shipment costs. Taxes, good-faith refunds and credited customer allowances are excluded. Gross Margin is not reduced by shipments that yield a negative margin because of courtesy or goodwill discounts.

  • Advertising contributionCurrently 1% of Gross Margin or $100/month per franchise, whichever is greater; billed weekly.

The Brand Awareness Fund rate may rise to 3% with written notice. The franchisor decides how the fund is spent and need not spend it in your area. This contribution is separate from local advertising.

  • Local marketingNo minimum local advertising spend is required.

Marketing materials require prior written approval, including online and social media advertising. You must provide an accounting of local marketing expenses if requested.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.

Figures are as disclosed for the period shown; unknown or undisclosed items are labelled, never shown as $0. No earnings, profit or payback figures are shown. Revenue is not profit.
