Upfront investment

Total initial investment

$119,400 – $153,150

US dollars for one home-office business. Includes the franchise fee and three months of operating funds for costs revenue may not cover. Excludes owner draw or salary. Preopening digital/direct-mail allowance covers one month after signing, assuming timely training, preparation, and opening.

Initial franchise fee

$10,000 – $30,000

Normally counted within the total above, not added on top — confirm in the source.

US dollars: $10,000 for a Boutique Market or $30,000 for a Primary Market. This is part of the $55,000 to $75,000 initial funding fee, which includes $35,000 for training/software integration and $10,000 for operational support. All three are due at signing in a lump sum and are nonrefundable.

Selected fees

  • Royalty4% to 5% of each client's Total Rental Revenue, monthly

Calculated on the preceding month's rental revenue. The rate is 4% when your client management fee is 15% or less. It rises by 0.20 percentage points for each percentage point above 15%, reaching its 5% cap at a management fee of 20% or more.

  • Advertising contributionIf established, brand fund: up to 1% of Total Rental Revenue, monthly

A brand fund has not been established. If iTRIP creates one, it will notify you of the contribution amount and starting date. Contributions would be separate from required local marketing.

  • Local marketingDigital: $960 Boutique/$1,335 Primary monthly; direct mail: $1,000/month during an 18-month period

Digital payments start in the first full calendar month after the agreement takes effect. Both requirements may rise annually with CPI-U inflation. Approved alternative media may count toward direct mail. If assigned, a regional cooperative may charge up to $1,000 monthly, credited against direct mail during its required period. Advertising requires approval.

These are selected fees, not the complete fee schedule. Review the full FDD for all fees and conditions.
