10% applies to children's programs, special events, Elevate and personal touch. Fees exclude collected taxes. Monthly minimums: class owners $250, up to $1,000; business owners $500, up to $1,500. Payment is due the following month; collection timing may change.
Advertising contributionIf a fund is established: up to 2% of gross member enrollment fees, minimum $50/month.
