Upfront investment

USD. $48,000 for the first Territory and $32,000 for each additional Territory, due at signing. Generally nonrefundable. If Jet-Black rejects you and terminates within 60 days for inaccurate information or failed training, it refunds the fee less expenses, which may consume the full fee.
Selected fees
Applied to each job's gross revenue. Minimum per Territory: $8,000 for the first full calendar year after signing, $12,000 for the second, then $16,000 annually. Any shortfall is due by January 31 of the following year. Weekly payments use automatic bank withdrawals.
Required campaigns and approved third-party spending count toward this amount. Jet-Black may allow exceptions where fewer driveways are asphalt. It may increase the requirement by up to 15% annually with 30 days' notice. Printed materials it offers must be bought from Jet-Black; other materials need prior written approval.
