The Brand and System Development Fund uses the same Gross Revenues basis as royalty. The monthly minimum is prorated weekly; payments cover the prior week. The fee may increase with the specified CPI formula at most once per calendar year. Payment frequency may change on 30 days' notice.
Local marketingGreater of USD $3,000/month or 3% of gross sales, after opening.
Spend on digital marketing through a designated or approved supplier, separately from the brand fund. The $3,000 minimum is prorated for the first partial month if opening after the first day. If a regional advertising cooperative is formed, its required payments count toward this commitment.
