Standard USD fee, due at signing. Submit a $10,000 deposit after holding the disclosure for 14 days. Deposit refunded if your application is rejected or you fail initial training and return its materials; otherwise nonrefundable at signing. Reduced-fee programs may apply.

  • Royalty14% of Gross Receipts, due on the 5th of each month; annual minimums apply.

    Annual minimums: none in year 1; $5,000 in year 2; $8,000 in year 3; $11,000 in years 4-5. Shortfalls for the year ending April 30 are due May 5. Gross Receipts covers tax-service and product revenue after approved deductions; qualifying pre-existing clients may be excluded.

  • Advertising contributionAn advertising contribution to Liberty is required, due on the 5th of each month.

    No separate minimum local or opening advertising spend is required. Liberty chooses national, regional or local uses of advertising fees and need not spend a specific amount in your territory. Use pre-approved advertising templates or obtain approval for other materials.
