USD, one leased Store. Includes the franchise fee and three months of operating funds; more may be needed. Excludes real-estate purchase and related costs. The truck estimate runs from a lease down payment to outright purchase. Both offers share the rent and buildout conditions explained below.

USD, standard fee for one Store, included in the opening estimate and due in a lump sum at signing. Generally nonrefundable, with limited site or training refunds capped at $2,500. Qualified veterans and eligible multi-unit operators may receive different pricing.

Selected fees

  • RoyaltyWeekly: 6% of Bedliner Services Gross Revenues; 2% of other Vehicle Upfit Services Gross Revenues.

    Bedliner Services include bedliner spraying, spraying other items, and premium/topcoat spraying. LINE-X may raise the other-services rate to 3% with at least six months' written notice. Eligible multi-unit operators may qualify for reduced rates.

  • Advertising contribution1.5% of Gross Revenues, due weekly.

    Separate from local spending. The fund rate may rise to 5% of weekly Gross Revenues with 90 days' written notice, by no more than one percentage point annually. Fund spending need not benefit your Store in proportion to its contribution.

  • Local marketingAt least 1.5% of Gross Revenues each quarter, paid directly to local suppliers.

    The rate may rise to 5% of weekly Gross Revenues with 90 days' written notice, by no more than one percentage point annually. Local marketing requires approval; a digital presence requires express written approval. If an area co-op is formed, you must join and participate, and assessments may apply.
