RoyaltyWeekly: greater of 6.9%-3.5% of Gross Sales, with lower rates only on higher-bracket sales, or weekly minimum.
Weekly minimum: $0 in weeks 1-52; $200 in weeks 53-104; $275 in weeks 105-208; $350 from week 209. Each nonzero minimum adds $0.005 per qualified household over 30,000; the week-209-onward minimum is capped at $750. In default, the percentage rate is 6.9%.

The Brand Fund contribution is separate from local advertising and does not count toward its minimum.
Local marketingAt least $4,000/month from opening; $3,000/month credit in the first 12 months
The prepaid Marketing Fee leaves at least $1,000/month in additional local spending for the first 12 months. Shortfalls may be collected. Separately, spend $500/month recruiting cleaners, starting one week before opening. If recruitment spending is waived, redirect that $500 to local ads above the local minimum.
