Selected fees
Gross Revenue includes business revenue from on-site and off-site transactions. It excludes collected sales, use, and service taxes paid to tax authorities, plus customer refunds, adjustments, credits, discounts, and allowances made under the Operations Manual.
Due Monday for the prior week, separate from local spending. The franchisor controls the fund and does not promise a specific amount of advertising in your market.
The spending schedule is bi-monthly each quarter. Use qualifying corporate programs where available or local vendors. If you do not spend the required amount, you pay the franchisor to spend it for you. Follow its guidelines and submit new materials at least 30 days before use; approval is required.
